1. Controller and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Luchianenco Labs processes personal data when you visit this website.

The controller responsible for processing on this website is Serghei Luchianenco, Luchianenco Labs, Von-Galen-Str. 6, 47608 Geldern, Germany, email: labs@luchianenco.dev, phone: +49 15115115945.

2. Hosting and Access Data

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access the site, Vercel may process technical request data that is required to deliver the page, maintain security, and ensure system stability.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

3. Categories of Access Data

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested pages and files
  • Referrer URL

4. Consent Preferences and Local Storage

This website stores your selected language and your analytics consent choice in your browser's local storage. The keys currently used are preferredLocale and cookieConsent.

This storage is necessary to remember your language and to respect your privacy choice across page visits. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the language preference and Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for documenting and applying your consent choice.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. We only use browser local storage for the language preference and the consent choice described above.

Local storage is used so the website can keep your selected language and privacy choice across page visits. You can clear that data at any time in your browser settings.

6. Analytics Only With Consent

Vercel Analytics is only loaded after you actively consent through the consent banner or the privacy settings link in the footer. If you decline, optional analytics is not activated.

The legal basis for analytics is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time with effect for the future through the footer link.

7. Contact Inquiries

If you contact us through the form on this website, we process the data you provide, in particular your name, email address, company name if supplied, website if supplied, and project details, so we can respond to your request.

The legal basis for processing contact inquiries is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the message is connected with pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. We use Brevo as a technical email delivery service for the contact form. Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and for any applicable legal retention obligations.

8. Self-hosted Fonts

This website serves Manrope and Space Grotesk directly from our own hosting so typography stays consistent across devices and browsers without contacting Google Fonts.

Because the font files are served locally, no additional font requests are sent to a third-party font provider.

9. Recipients and Third-Country Transfers

Personal data may be received by technical service providers that support hosting, content delivery, and analytics, in particular Vercel Inc.

Where data is processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area, this is done only where the applicable legal requirements for international data transfers are met, for example through an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Storage Periods

Server log data is generally stored only as long as necessary for technical operation and security. The exact retention period is determined by the hosting provider's operational requirements.

Local storage entries remain on your device until you delete them in your browser or overwrite them by changing your selection on the site.

11. Your Rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).

12. Contact and Updates

If you have questions about data protection or want to exercise your rights, contact labs@luchianenco.dev.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the website, our services, or the applicable legal requirements change. The current version published on this page applies.
